PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit or Debit Cards -
Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Maestro, Visa Electron, Amex, Solo, Delta - Cards Accepted.

Cheques -
Please make cheques to: K Clampton. Your products will be sent to you once payments have been cleared through our bank. This can take up to 6 days after we have recieved your payment and then your products will be dispatched.
You should make your shopping selections, fill in your details as prompted and choose the "No Payment Details Required" selection for payment methods. After you submit the form you will receive an email confirming that we have recieved your order. Please inform us of your intention to pay with a cheque via the contact us page of this site.

Cash -
We accept cash payments at Introduction Presentations and Create Personal Reality weekends. If you would like to pay by cash this can be arranged. You should make your shopping, fill in your details as prompted and choose the "Payment by Cheque or Cash " selection for payment methods. After you submit the form you will receive an email confirming that we have recieved your order. Please inform us of your intention to pay with cash via the contact us page of this site. After this order confirmation has arrived, we will arrange for you to deposit in our temporary orders bank account.

Paypal -
You can opt to use you PayPal account at any time during the checkout process.

Paying Over The Phone-
Make your order and then choose the Cash, Cheque or Phone purchase option at the checkout. Your order confirmation email will then be sent to you. You must then call 01285 770946 and make your payment (if there is no answer please leave a message and we will call you back). When you call we will manually put your payment through our payments processing merchant and send out your products straight away.


PRIVACY POLICY

- We do not store or retain any of your financial information (debit or credit card details).

- We collect your, name, address, email, contact phone number, order details, billing address and delivery address. We also store your previous orders for our own record keeping purposes.

- This personal information is used to send out orders, keep our stock levels correct, decide which products are most popular and send out monthly offers or information about new products we are stocking.

- We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

- You may contact us at any time to ask for your contact information to be removed from our records or to let us know that you do not want to receive information about offers or new products.

- All contact and customer information is kept on a secure server.

- To correct your delivery, billing or order details please contact us through the Contact us link on the store page. Alternatively you have the option to edit your details when you enter a new order through your account at the check out page.

DELIVERY POLICY
================

- Delivery costs are based on cumulative weight of the complete order.

- Most parcels are delivered through the Royal Mail and their partners. However for large orders of over 3 kg we may look for a better delivery price if one is available and inform you of the change in price and refund you the difference.

- We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you in under 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

- When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

- If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

- We will deliver to most countries, if your chosen country of delivery is not shown in the drop down delivery address box please contact us through the Contact us link on the store page.


RETURN / REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

- If you wish to cancel your order please let us know before we have sent out your items and sent your shipping email. If the items have already been sent we can not cancel your order.

- If you would like to return a mis-purchased item we can only refund you, less the shipping, if the cds, books and dvds are still wrapped and have not been opened or viewed.

- Any refunds will only be made by after we have recieved the returned items.

- If you are not happy with your purchase and it is not a cd, dvd or book we offer an exchange or refund policy, but you will have to cover the cost of the shipping both ways.

- No refunds are available on cushions as we have to know they are new and un used to re-sell.

- You have 8 days from the date of our shipping dispatch email to register your return request. Contact Us through the Contact us link on the store page.
