When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch the order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days but this is not guaranteed. Orders from the Republic of Ireland will generally be received in under 10 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you before deciding how to proceed.

Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added.

Delivery surcharges may apply in some areas of the United Kingdom for orders over 800g total weight.
For the Isle of Wight the surcharge will be £5.50.

For the Channel Islands and the following Scottish postcodes: HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, the surcharge will be £20.00 for the first parcel between 800g and 25kg and £12.00 for each subsequent parcel.
If surcharges apply to your order we will always contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost of delivery and confirm payment.
The surcharges quoted above are for deliveries with carrier. If a cheaper alternative is available using Royal Mail we will always contact you prior to shipping.

Shortages:
Please check your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any shortages. We will not be held responsible for shortages if notified later than 48 hours after receipt.
